managed staffing services or BONNEY's PartnerLink Program.
BONNEY's PartnerLink Program is a single-source staffing and
management program which takes the burden of coordinating
and managing temporary staff out of your hands and into
ours, allowing you to focus on other core job duties. All
aspects of the temporary staffing program are handled by
BONNEY, on-site at your location.
BONNEY
does not offer "pre-packaged staffing services", we
recognize that each client has unique and particular
needs. We encourage you to be involved in your temporary
staffing program. BONNEY's Service Team will work closely
with you to determine which service features you want us to
handle and which responsibilities will stay with you.
BONNEY's PartnerLink Program allows our team to manage the
following typical service features at your location:

- Take all requests for
temporary, temp-to-hire and/or full-time openings
- Determine the hiring
process for incoming employees
- Design recruiting
efforts
- Screen, interview,
test and reference check all incoming employees
- Coordinate interviews
with authorized company personnel
- Perform all general
orientations
- Coordinate necessary
training
- Ensure BONNEY's
quality standards are upheld
- Conduct quarterly
service and performance reviews
- Meet with department
managers and senior managers to review and improve the
program
- Supply any/all
requested management information reports
- Verify timecards for
accuracy
- Process error-free
invoicing
- Other duties as
assigned
