 BONNEY
Staffing is a locally-owned and operated,
full-service, staffing company with its base of
operations in Portland, Maine. For over three
decades, BONNEY has expanded its service to include
8 branch offices between Bangor, ME and Portsmouth,
NH as well as several on-site offices, and while
doing so, has earned an outstanding reputation for
reliability, integrity, quality and innovation.
BONNEY is also a certified, woman-owned business
through the Women Business Enterprise National
Council (WBENC) which brings considerable value to
its clients on both social and economic levels.
BONNEY’s owners
manage the day-to-day operations and all come from
varied but relevant business backgrounds. Joel
Gratwick, CSP, CPC and CEO of the firm joined BONNEY
in 1985 after a career of diverse business
experiences, including Wall Street. Nancy Rhoades,
CSP, CTS, CPC and President joined the firm in 1988
after first working with a national staffing
supplier for over four years. And tax accounting
expert Rebecca Gratwick, CPA, MST and Treasurer,
joined the firm in 1985 and was instrumental in the
start-up of the company.

continues to move forward innovatively, expand geographically and
respond to developments in the staffing industry.
Our vision and
management style for the company is extremely
aggressive and has allowed for tremendous growth
